اخواني طبعا بعد معاناتي مع الملتيميديا بالنسبة لجوالي w960 قررت ارسل لهم ايميل واجرب وهذا اللي صار معي وهذا اللي قالوه ويقولون ان المشكلة انحلت

I have owned a sony ericsson w960i for a long time now. However there always problems with the MMS configuration the media is either very small when received or it doesn’t get received at all. On the opposite side ,using a mobily sim card there are no problems which means it’s a problem from STC .I am writing this e-mail with little or no hope of receiving anything other than an automated reply from you promising that the problem will be looked at .And then most probably discarded as usual but I had to write it any way to clear my heart before discarding STC sim card

وفي الأونة الأخيرة قال البعض أن المشكلة انحلت والبعض يقول احيانا تعمل واحيانا لا تعمل

انا عارف ان التغيير لموبايلي يحل الموضوع بس جوالي ورقمي معايا له 11 سنة ولا ابغى اغيره .
وصحيح سمعت بعض الشباب يقولون انحلت المشكلة ولكن جربتها بعد ما قالوا انها انحلت وللاسف ما انحلت وقررت اكتبلهم الايميل هذا كحل اخير

واحب الفت نظر الشباب للتاريخ المسجل في الايميل وتراهم ردوا علي اليوم الساعة 8:36 الصبح يعني بعد ما استلمت الرد باقل من نص ساعة حطيته في الموقع كاخر تحديث او خلنا نقول متابعة للمشكلة لانها بصراحة مضايقتني جدا

انا اول ما استخدمت ال p990 كانت نفس المشكله فيه..

وبعد فتره حلوها...

وان شاء الله تنحل مع الجهاز هذاا الجديد من السمبيان

شباب ابشركم بشارة انا ارسلت رسالة ام ام اس لنفسي والصورة وصلت كبييييييرة الف مبروك
واخيرا الاتصالات اتحركت بعد الايميل

بس ترى انا حذفت جميع الاعدادات السابقة ونزلتها من جديد من موقعهم واتمنى كلكم تشتغل معاكم

اهم شي اذا الواحد ماشتغلت معاه الخدمه صح لابد انه يمسح جميع الاعدادات والافضل انه يسوي تهيئه للجهاز مثل مانا اسوي وبعدين اسوي الاعدادات يدويا

والحمدلله ال mms شغاله معاي زي الحلاوه على g900 صارلها اسبوع تقريبا ( صور + فيديو + مقاطع صوت )

بس عندي احساس انها راح تخرب مره ثانيه لانه كان معاي w960 وكانت الوسائط مره تضبط ومره لا على حسب المزاااااااااااج

اخوي صاحب الموضوع انا صاير معي تقريبا نفس المشكله بس في الرسايل النصيه sms الجوال اللي معي w960i صارله اكثر من ثلاث ايام ما يرسل ولا يسنقبل رسايل sms والوسائط شغاله تمام
كلمت الاتصالات السعوديه وقالي الموظف ان كل شي من عندنا تمام بس المشكله من عندي
فياليت اللي يقدر يفيدني عن الموضوع لا يبخل علينا

واللي عنده نفس الجهاز يكتب اعدادات الـ sms علشان اتاكد

الموضوع يبشر بالخير

انا ارسلت لنفسي صوره حجمها كبير في البدايه وصلتني رساله من مركز mms اعطاني باسوورد عشان افتحها من الموقع وبعدها بثواني وصلت الرساله وكانت المفاجأه ان الصوره وصلت بحجمها الطبيعي

انشاء الله تكون انحلت المشكله حجرب مقطع فديو وصوت وانشاء الله يمشي الحال
