جهازي K800i طفا فجأة ولا اشتغل بدون اي سبب......

جهازي الـــk800i جديد ما صار له 3 شهور وكااااله على الزيرووو

وقبل أمس الساعه 9 ونص في الليل وانا راكب في القطار
كنت ابغا ابدل الشريحه وطفيت الجهاز وغيرت الشريحه بسسسسسسسس

ما اشتغل

الــــــجـــهاز ما اشــــــتــغــل تاني
ما ادري لييييييييه


لا تقولو من البطاريه لانو شحنته الى رااااسه


الحل يا شباب

لا تقولولي الضمان لاني ادرس خارج السعوديه مع انه الضمان اكسيوم

هلا اخوي ..

أخويي معه مثل جهازك و انا معي مثل جهازك ..

هذا الجهاز فيه عيب فادح اللي انت وقعت فيه ,,

انك تشيل البطارية و الجهاز لسه شغال ,, على كلام راعيين المحلات .. ما يتصلح إلا بالسوفت وير

!!

اكسيوم تعطيك ضمان سنة دولي يعني في اي منطقة في العالم فيها اكسيوم و4 سنوات في السعودية

الله يعينك زي ما قال أخواني لازم توديه الوكالة وسوفتوير عن طريق الفلاش وليس سوفتير عادي كالذي عند الشباب\والمشكلة إنك ما صبرت يطفي الجهاز تماما وشلت البطارية

Hi,

I thought it was time someone posted a FAQ on how to fix a dead K800i. This is because there are over 100's of threads about dead K800i's.

The fix:

Equipment:

USB Cable (Provided in the box)
Your dead K800i
Computer
USB Ports
...and some software

Instructions:

1. First remove your SIM CARD and Memory Sticks from the phone.
2. Put the battery back in and DO NOT TURN IT ON.
3. Now if you have used your K800i with your PC before then you will not need to install the drivers. If you haven't used it before, then get the PC Suite disc and install the drivers manually by browsing the disc.
4. Now you need to click on this link and press download and save it to your desktop. http://www.wotanserver.com/support/i...wnloaditemid=1
5. After it has downloaded then go to your desktop and open the file up.
6. It will start to update, DO NOT CANCEL IT.
7. On the bottom-right hand side corner there will be a login box. Make sure there are blank before you start otherwise it won't work.
8. Once the update has finished. plug the USB into the computer and NOT THE PHONE.
9. Press start in Wotan
10. Press 2 and 5 simulatenously and plug your phone in.
11. Let it finish

Take out the battery for a few minutes and then put it back in

Now you can enjoy your fixed K800i

Suggestion:
NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE
If you are very scared of updating your EROM then you can try shorting the battery connector (NOT THE BATTERY ITSELF) in the phone using a spoon.
It may work or it may not
